On Wednesday afternoon we really needed a craft to help the boys get through the rest of the day! It had been a long ruff day full of whining and time-outs! BJ was pretty tired and really needed to get a solid nap before work!
So I broke out this craft I found on, yep you guessed it Kids Craft Weekly! All you need is a few small boxes that have distinct shapes, paint, paper and a plate! In the example on her web page she had a square, rectangle, circle, oval and triangle! I couldn't find the Toblerone bar anywhere! The kids and I went to 3 stores and so we just made our own triangle!Anyway we worked on our shapes and on our colors! I even gave Cooper a shot at stamping! He did a great job until he tried to stamp his chest and eat the circle! Overall it was really fun! Spencer got really into putting the circle and triangle INSIDE the square! It was a great activity and really easy to pull off in a hurry!

Fun, fun! Maya loves doing things like that too. Unfortunately we don't do it often enough.
