All week Spencer has been asking me if Halloween is here??! So we decided to make a countdown chain!
Spencer specifically requested the triangle eyes and nose and then added a few embellishing drawings onto our pumpkin man! He still doesn't like the idea of taking the loops off his arms and legs but I think as we start doing it every day he will get in the swing of it!
In the afternoon the boys and I got out of the house so BJ could work on a take home test! Amber and I have been talking about making this SUPER cute Halloween wreaths we saw in the Parents Magazine! This afternoon seemed like the perfect time to get together and DO IT!
All we used was a metal wreath frame (only 2.50 at Roberts, YEA!), a red feather boa, some large googly eyes, spider rings and then one red pipe cleaner to attach the boa and hot glue to attach the eyes and spiders! It was fun to sit down and do a MOM craft for once!
The kids played and played outside! Amber had 3 daycare kids over and so there was a whole bunch of people to play with! We had a great afternoon!
